How I work
- Themed Setups: For Mundan ceremonies, I often do jungle or safari themes with animal cutouts and balloon pillars. For traditional events like Namkaran or Annaprashan, I mix modern balloon rings with traditional elements like marigold (genda) and rose petal rangolis on the floor.
- Quality Materials: I don't use flimsy materials. My balloon arches use a mix of chrome, metallic, and pastel colors that hold their shape for the duration of your party. The flex backdrops are printed specifically for your event, so you get clean, readable text, not generic prints.
- Space Management: Whether you are celebrating in a small apartment or a large banquet hall, I adjust the layout. My setups for home welcomes include door arches and floor petal designs, while venue setups feature large 6x6 or 8x8 backdrops with pedestals for cake or puja items.
Practical Details
- Lead Time: I need at least 2-3 days to get custom flex boards printed. If you have a last-minute event, call me directly to check if I can manage with my existing inventory.
- Setup Time: Depending on the complexity, I usually need 2-3 hours for a full backdrop and balloon setup. I arrive with my team, get the install done, and clear out so the venue is ready before your guests arrive.
