Vinit Khanna
We design sustainable architecture for residential, institutional, and large-scale projects like townships and airports. Our people-centric process balances robust engineering with the expressive beauty of local materials.
Public Infrastructure & Institutional Architecture
Available across India
I design public spaces and institutional buildings by listening to users, using real materials, and solving tough site challenges so the spaces work well for people and last for years.
Sustainable Residential Architecture
Available across Gurugram
I design homes using local materials and hand-built methods that fit your life, your land, and keep the process sustainable from start to finish.

My Story
Started Space Ace way back in '91. Geometry, physics, architecture - all tangled up in my head. But I’m a people person, so it’s always been about the client, the land, and the budget. My own home? That’s my pride - built it with mud, stone, glass, wood, you name it. Bioclimatic house, straight from the site’s soil. Shibani, my wife, let me go wild with ideas. For me, architecture is like music, just frozen.
My Work
Our Services - We do institutional and residential architecture, green homes, airports, townships, convention centres, museums - all with a sustainable lens.
Green & Sustainable Focus - We use local materials like compressed stabilized earth blocks, keeping buildings comfy and budgets sane.
Engineering Meets Art - Big projects, tricky sites - like Pakyong Airport’s runway up in the mountains. We balance engineering and nature.
Design Process - No fixed style. We listen first, then shape the project around you and the site. Collaboration is key.
