About Our Training Philosophy in Action
You will notice our training shifts between artificial turf and natural ground or beach sand. This is intentional; we use turf to sharpen your ball control and speed, while conditioning on natural earth builds the raw physical resilience needed for full-length match days in the MFA leagues.
We run planned, structured sessions rather than random drills. Whether you are training at our Borivali Education Society ground or our Andheri locations, the focus stays the same: discipline, tactical intelligence, and physical readiness.
Tactical Rigour
Our sessions often start at the strategy board. Football is a game of constant decision-making, and we teach players to read the space before the ball even reaches them. This cognitive preparation is as important as the physical work.
Physicality and Grit
We integrate gym-based strength and conditioning with on-field work. It is not just about running; it is about agility, ladder work, and core stability. For our Elite Competitive Squad, we push endurance with beach training. Mumbai's unpredictable conditions and varied surfaces are the best preparation for the high-pressure environment of the MFA First and Super Divisions.
Progression
Every drill has a purpose. We track progress through monthly report cards for our U-7 to U-15 juniors and use video analysis for our senior players. We want every player to leave the pitch better than they arrived, whether they are a beginner learning ball mastery or a senior athlete preparing for district trials.

I started this academy because Mumbai’s talented kids needed a real pathway to professional football. We are not just teaching goals; we are building character, discipline, and a team that backs each other up on and off the field.
