My beginner-friendly course is designed to give you a strong and safe foundation in Ashtanga. We cover the essential postures, alignment, and breathing techniques in a small group setting, followed by complimentary Mysore-style classes to build your confidence.
On My Mat: My Personal Practice
My own practice is my anchor. It's a mix of Primary and Intermediate series, focusing on consistency over perfection. These are the moments of flow, challenge, and stillness that ground me and inform my teaching.

My Journey & Lineage
My practice is deeply shaped by my teachers, especially my Guruji, Sharath Jois. I am forever grateful for the wisdom and guidance I've received on my journey, which I now share with my own students. This lineage is the foundation of my teaching.
