Football Coaching for Kids (U-5 to U-9) in Malad

About Our Youngest Stars: U-5 to U-9
When you drop your child off at our U-5 or U-7 sessions, do not worry about them getting overwhelmed. Our coaches do not just stand back and blow whistles; they are down on the turf with the kids, teaching coordination through play and, yes, even helping with those stubborn shoelaces. We keep our batches small, with a 1:12 coach-to-student ratio, because at this age, your child needs real attention and guidance, not just a ball placed at their feet.
For us, these early years are not about finding the next professional star overnight. It is about 'bhook'—the hunger to play, to run, and to have fun.
Why Start Young?
We focus on motor skills, agility, and basic ball mastery. We know that if a child enjoys the process, the technique will follow. Our training sessions at Orlem Turf are designed to be safe, high-energy, and completely inclusive. Whether it is rain or shine, we are out there. We were the first in Orlem to launch a dedicated girls' batch, and we pride ourselves on creating a safe space for every child to find their footing.
Our Coaching Philosophy
We believe in mentorship. Our licensed coaches, like Shruti and Allwyn, focus on character development just as much as football drills. We teach them how to win, how to lose, and how to respect the game. Our 'sab ek hi team hai' approach means parents are just as much a part of the family as the players. You will see parents cheering from the sidelines and coaches huddled with players during breaks, teaching them how to communicate and listen.
What You Can Expect
- Small Groups: We maintain a ratio of approximately 1:12 to ensure individual feedback.
- Holistic Development: It is 60 minutes of coordination exercises, ball control, and 3v3 or 4v4 recreational games that keep them moving and engaged.
- Community Vibes: We are more than an academy. We host internal fun-day tournaments and friendly matches, giving your child the chance to make friends, not just teammates.
If you want your child to learn discipline, teamwork, and passion in a setting that feels like a second home, bring them by for a session. Let them fall in love with the sport at their own pace.
