About Join Our Academy
When you join us at Orlem Turf, you aren't just signing up for drills. You are entering a space where our coaches focus on 'bhook' (hunger) for the game and character development. We run dedicated batches based on age and skill level, ensuring your child gets the right attention, whether they are a beginner in our weekend program or an aspiring athlete in our competitive U-16 squad.

We believe football is for everyone. From our first-in-Orlem girls' football batch to our competitive age-group teams, we create an environment where players grow together.
Our Programs:
- Weekend Grassroots Training: Perfect for beginners (U-5 to U-16). We focus on ball mastery, agility, and fundamental coordination. It is all about falling in love with the ball.
- Competitive Squad Training: For players ready to compete in leagues like the MFA Youth Premier League. We turn up the intensity with tactical drills, high-pressure match scenarios, and focused conditioning.
- 1-on-1 Personal Coaching: For those who need rapid skill correction. These 60-minute sessions provide 500+ ball touches and undivided attention from a licensed coach.
