Big dreams start with small kicks. Our grassroots program gets kids aged 4 to 8 moving, learning basic coordination, and falling in love with the game in a safe, fun environment.

About Future Stars: Our Grassroots Program
We do not believe in boring, repetitive drills for the little ones. Instead, we use gamified exercises like our 'Top to Toe' challenge to build ball control, balance, and coordination. You will not find us shouting instructions from the sidelines; we are on the turf with the kids, actively guiding them through every touch and turn.
At the grassroots level, our philosophy is simple: fun first, technique second. When kids are between 4 and 8, forcing them into rigid tactical formations kills their passion. That is why our sessions are designed to look more like playtime than boot camp. We use smaller, kid-friendly equipment and focus heavily on motor skills, spatial awareness, and directional movement.
Why Start Early with FANM?
- Age-Appropriate Training: We keep the ratio at 1 coach per 12 players. This ensures every child gets individual attention to correct their posture and touch.
- Mentorship: Our AIFF licensed coaches know that at this age, they are mentors first and trainers second. We focus on building confidence just as much as we focus on dribbling.
- Locations: We operate out of top-quality turfs in Nerul, Koparkhairne, Ghansoli, and Kalamboli, making it easier for you to drop your child off for their morning or evening session.
What to Expect
Your child will learn to control the ball, understand basic movement, and, most importantly, work with a team. We celebrate every small win, whether it is a perfectly trapped ball or just sharing the field with a smile. The goal is to create a strong foundation so that when they are older, they have the technical base to play with power and precision. We want them to finish the session sweaty, smiling, and excited for the next one.
