Planning Your Coastal Shoot

Beach shoots are unique because they rely so much on the environment. Unlike indoor studio setups, we are working with wind, changing light, and open spaces. This is actually where the best candid shots happen. Because we are outdoors and the environment is naturally relaxing, most couples find it easier to let go of camera jitters. We don't do forced posing here. We spend time walking, talking, and letting the interaction happen naturally.

If you are a couple that feels more 'us' when you are away from the city, a coastal location is the perfect choice. Whether it is the dramatic silhouettes against a setting sun or just sitting quietly on the sand, the beach provides a clean, simple backdrop that keeps the focus entirely on the two of you.

Logistics and Details

I cover locations like Alibag, Goa, and Gokarna, but I am happy to travel wherever your love story takes you.

• Timing: We usually start early or late afternoon. This is non-negotiable for the lighting quality.
• Outfits: Bring something comfortable. Flowy dresses or light fabrics often work best with the sea breeze. Avoid heavy, restrictive clothing.
• Support: For those who feel awkward, do not worry. I guide you through the process, but the main goal is to make sure you are comfortable and happy.

My approach is to keep the energy light and fun. You are there to enjoy a day together, and my camera is just there to document it.
