Party and Event Decoration Work in Bengaluru
I handle all kinds of decorations, from kids' birthday themes like Jungle or Cocomelon to traditional Haldi ceremonies. Here is a look at some of my favorite setups across Bengaluru.
This Candyland themed 5th birthday party was a dream to create. I designed a complete stage setup with a wide pastel balloon arch, custom ice cream and candy props, and themed cake stands to bring the sweet world to life for the birthday boy.
For this Haldi ceremony, I created a vibrant and traditional atmosphere. The entrance walkway is lined with marigold garlands and fairy lights, leading to a colorful stage with low seating arrangements perfect for the celebration.
I love the butterfly theme for its elegance. Here, I built a full circular balloon arch in pink and lavender, with a custom "Happy Birthday" neon sign inside and light-up marquee letters for the name, creating a beautiful photo corner.
Welcome your guests in style with a themed entrance. For this jungle safari party, I designed a large circular welcome sign featuring cute animals, framed by a custom balloon garland in jungle colors with tropical leaf accents.
This was a fun gender reveal and baby shower setup I did in a client's home. I created two distinct zones, one in pink and one in blue, each with its own balloon arch and backdrop, all tied together with a central "Baby Shower" neon sign.
Celebrating a first birthday with a Little Krishna theme is always special. I designed this entire stage with custom backdrops, character cutouts, themed props like a pot of butter, and a blue and green balloon arch to complete the divine look.
I also create intimate and romantic room decorations for anniversaries or special surprises. This setup features a four-poster bed draped with sheer fabric and deep red roses, accented with delicate fairy lights for a magical feel.
This is an example of an elegant stage I designed for a wedding reception. The setup features a beautiful floral arch with purple and white flowers over a classic white lounge sofa, with soft curtain drapes and fairy lights in the background.

My crew and I personally handle the entire setup, from bringing the props to dismantling the backdrop after your party. For home setups, we use removable hooks and tape that won't damage your walls, so you have zero cleanup stress after the event.
I run Seven Dreams with a simple philosophy: if you can imagine the theme, I can set it up. My work covers a wide range of events across Bengaluru, whether you need a quick, vibrant balloon setup for a home birthday or a full-scale stage for a wedding reception.
My Approach to Decor
For Kids' Parties: I specialize in themes like Jungle, Cocomelon, and Little Krishna. These setups usually involve a 300+ balloon garland, custom flex backdrops, and sunboard character cutouts to make the stage pop. For smaller home parties, I can scale this down with balloon arches and themed props that fit your living room space without making it feel crowded.
For Traditional Events: If you are planning a Haldi, Ganapati, or baby shower, I focus on the traditional elements. I use marigold strings, fabric drapes, and elegant props to create a festive atmosphere. For these setups, we pay extra attention to lighting, using fairy lights and spotlights to match the traditional vibe.
The Setup Process:
- Site Visits: For large stage installations, I prefer a site visit to your banquet hall or lawn to ensure our metal trussing and heavy draping fit perfectly.
- Materials: We bring everything. From the cake plinths to the neon signs and marquee letters. We handle the installation and the dismantling, so you don't have to worry about the logistics.
- Flexibility: Whether you are in Wilson Garden or across the city, I am happy to travel. I work with a crew of 1 to 4 people depending on the size of the event, ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive.
