About Training & Educating Fellow Doctors

When I conduct workshops, I do not believe in standing at a podium for hours. My approach is hands-on and practical. Whether I am guiding a small group at my clinic or demonstrating techniques at a national conference, I focus on the technical details that actually matter for outcomes—from precise cell extraction steps to the correct application of collagen dressings. I want my colleagues to leave the session ready to perform these procedures with confidence.
