About Forging National Champions

Success at the national level requires more than just talent. We focus on high-intensity multi-ball drills and structured league sparring that force you to adapt to the speed and pressure of competitive play, ensuring you are tournament-ready before you even step onto the venue floor.

Our national-level program is designed for the serious athlete. Led by Olympian Minhyung Jee and Head Coach Anshuman Roy, we strip away the fluff to focus on the technical and mental aspects of the game that separate the podium finishers from the rest of the pack.

The Training System

We run a 6-day-a-week training cycle that prioritizes consistency and volume. Sessions are 2.5 hours long, utilizing ITTF-approved STAG and Tibhar tables to ensure the bounce and feedback are identical to what you will face at a National Ranking Tournament or SGFI School Nationals.

Why This Works

  • Multi-Ball Feeding: Our assistant coaches focus on reaction time and footwork consistency, ensuring you build the muscle memory required for aggressive play.
  • Simulation Pressure: We integrate internal league matches and systematic Falkenberg drills to mimic the specific physical and psychological demands of a match environment.
  • Mental Conditioning: It is not just about how you hit the ball, but how you react to a trailing score. We train for mental toughness, ensuring you can fight for every point even when the match is on the line.

Whether you are aiming for your first state medal or preparing for the WTT circuit, our facility in Bengaluru provides the international-standard environment needed to reach your potential.
