We utilize high-speed multi-ball feeding and robot training to build muscle memory for forehand and backhand drives. This volume of practice ensures that when you are down 10-9 in a deciding set, your shots hold up under pressure.
Mental & Physical Toughness Table tennis is as much a mental game as a physical one. Our athletes go through sports psychology sessions to build the focus needed to handle match situations. Coupled with on-site gym access and agility conditioning, we ensure our paddlers have the stamina to last through long tournament days.
