The High-Performance Routine

Our competitive squad operates on a system of high-intensity training. We utilize ITTF-approved tables and professional flooring to ensure our practice conditions exactly match tournament standards. This allows our players to adjust to the speed and bounce of competition long before they walk into a stadium.

Tactical Mastery & Multi-Ball Drills

Technical proficiency is the baseline. We use extensive multi-ball feeding to build muscle memory and reaction time. Whether it is a U-11 player learning the basics of a consistent serve or a senior player working on advanced spin adaptation, the drills are structured to force rapid improvement.

Competitive Simulation

There is a massive gap between practicing and playing under pressure. To bridge this, we conduct internal league matches and simulation drills. Players learn to handle the nerves of a close match, manage their emotions, and execute strategy when it counts. Our coaches, including Olympian Minhyung Jee, provide direct technical correction during these simulations, identifying weaknesses that only surface under pressure.
