Professional Swimming Pool Construction Services
We do not just dig a hole and call it a pool. At Siya Green Creations, we focus on the foundation first. See our step-by-step process for building RCC pools that are designed to last for decades.
This project in Shivale shows the complete journey of building a 48000-liter swimming pool. From the initial empty plot to the final tiled pool, we manage every step of the 80-day construction process.
A strong foundation is non-negotiable. This is a critical stage where we use reinforced concrete (RCC) to construct the pool shell, ensuring it can withstand water pressure and ground movement for years to come.
This project shows how we can integrate a swimming pool directly into the structure of a house. I am personally on-site inspecting the brickwork and concrete structure during the early phases of construction.
I am inspecting the waterproofing and plastering stage of this pool. This is a crucial step to prevent leaks. Our quality work means you won't have to worry about future repairs.
Here you can see a pool nearing completion. The deck tiles are laid, and the pool structure is ready for its final finishing touches, even as we work through the monsoon season.
About Swimming Pool Construction: The "Kaam Kadak" Process
A pool is only as good as its foundation. I personally oversee our RCC work and waterproofing layers, because I know that shortcuts here lead to leaks later. Whether you want a compact plunge pool or a full-sized family setup, we build the structure to be permanent—so you can focus on enjoying the water instead of worrying about maintenance.
How We Build Your Pool
Building a swimming pool is a major project, and I treat it like I am building it for my own home. We do not take short cuts with concrete grades or curing times.
1. Site Planning & Soil Assessment Before we move a single stone, we look at your soil type. If the ground is loose or on a slope, we adjust the foundation depth to prevent sinking. This is why we insist on deep, structural RCC foundations.
2. The RCC Shell (Our Backbone) This is where we differ from standard contractors. We use M30 grade concrete and high-tensile steel reinforcement for the shell. It is built to withstand significant water pressure and ground movement without cracking. If you look at our project photos, you will see the steel mesh and concrete shuttering work we do before the tiles are even considered.
3. Waterproofing & Finishing Waterproofing is a separate, critical stage. We apply heavy-duty liquid-applied membranes that go deep into the concrete pores. We let the structure cure properly before we lay a single deck tile or finish the interior.
Construction Timeline From excavation to the final tile wash, a typical project takes about 80 days. This includes the plumbing for filtration, the electricals for your pool lights, and the deck tiling. I am on-site every day of this process, inspecting the rebar and the waterproofing layers myself.
If you have a specific space in mind or want to know if your land is suitable for a pool, let's talk. I would rather tell you no than build something that will give you trouble in two years.
