The Setup
I don't just set up a table with chafing dishes. When you book a Chaat Fiesta, I bring the entire thela experience. This includes traditional wooden carts with canopies, styled with marigolds and fairy lights to create that authentic street vibe. It acts as a conversation starter, drawing guests in while my chefs prepare dishes live.
