I specialize in coloured ganache, which allows me to get rich, vibrant shades that fondant simply cannot match for flavour. My cakes aren't just display pieces; they feature layers of sponge like dark chocolate almond praline or pistachio rose, filled with premium creams. For larger events, I use internal food-grade dowels and support boards to ensure your 2-tier or 3-tier cake remains stable even in the Mumbai humidity.
