I use food-grade internal dowels to ensure stability for delicate toppers like teddy bears or hot air balloons, so you don't have to worry about structural mishaps during your event. Because I specialize in ganache rather than heavy fondant, you get that clean, sharp look without sacrificing the cake's flavour, keeping every slice light, fresh, and indulgent for your guests.
Every baby shower or naming ceremony cake I make starts with your story. Whether you are holding a gender reveal or celebrating a first milestone, I focus on capturing those details in sugar. I have done everything from Peter Rabbit themes to miniature fondant schnauzers that resemble a client's own pets.
My approach avoids heavy fondant, which can often taste cloying. Instead, I use a signature ganache finish that provides a sleek, modern look with a much better taste profile. For larger celebrations, I construct tiered cakes using internal support boards, which allows for different flavour combinations in the top and bottom layers. This is particularly popular for naming ceremonies where you want to offer guests variety, such as vanilla mango mousse for one tier and dark chocolate almond praline for another.
