Intimate Home Pooja & Festive Decor
Entrance Setup
- Main Door Arch: One traditional arch (approx 15 to 20 running feet) using dense Marigold (Genda) garlands mixed with Mango or Ashoka leaves.
- Toran & Hangings: Upper frame floral hanging with bells or Tuberose (Rajnigandha) tassels, plus vertical floral strings on both sides of the door.
Sanctum Area
- Backdrop: A 6x6 ft or 8x8 ft structure draped in satin or cotton fabric (Orange, Yellow, or Red).
- Floral Details: Floral borders on the backdrop or specific symbols (like Om) crafted from petals.
- Floor Setup: Small floral Rangoli or loose flower petal scattering around the idol or seating area.
Logistics
- Flower Types: Predominantly Marigold (Yellow/Orange), Tuberose, and Shevanti.
- Service: Includes material delivery, 3 to 4 hours of setup labor, and next-day dismantle.
Themed Haldi & Ceremonial Decor
Themed Entrance
- Welcome Gate: Themed entrance structure (e.g., Real Banana stems and coconut leaves for South Indian theme, or dense Marigold curtains for Haldi).
- Signage: Easel stand with a Welcome board bordered with fresh flowers.
- Walkway: 6 to 8 floral markers or hanging tassels lining the path to the venue.
Main Stage & Mandap
- Backdrop: 10ft x 20ft backdrop mixing fabric draping with heavy floral garlands.
- Structure: Includes 4 pillar floral wrapping and overhead floral canopy (dense marigold or jasmine strings) for thread ceremonies.
- Seating: Decoration of the Swing (Jhoola) or ceremonial chairs with side bouquets.

- Photo Booth: Signature 8x8 ft floral wall (mix of silk base with fresh overlays) featuring neon signage.

Why I Do This
I’ve been working with flowers since 1990. For me, decoration is not just kaam (work) - it’s a way to show love and respect for every occasion. I handle everything from small home poojas to big destination events. Sab kuch karte hain hum (we do it all).
Sacred & Cultural Events
I know how important it is for religious and traditional ceremonies to feel authentic. I create floral mandap designs for festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, decorate temple sanctums, and set up beautiful backdrops for poojas. If you want holy text like ‘Jai Shri Ram’ made with flowers, I can do that too. For thread ceremonies, I can set up the whole venue in a traditional style, like banana leaf pillars.
Parties & Celebrations
For birthdays, anniversaries, or pre-wedding functions, I design everything from modern flower wall backdrops with neon signs to classic stages with fabric and floral borders. Grand entrances with floral arches, red carpets, and even peacock sculptures - I’ve done it all. Ceiling decor with hanging garlands and chandeliers, plus creative table centerpieces, are part of my regular work.
Home Festivity
If you want your home to look festive for Diwali or a housewarming, I can create custom floral arrangements for statues, doors, and walls.

Namaskar, I’m Shyam Tukaram Ingavale - flowers have been my world since 1990. Thirty years, just me and blossoms, from small poojas to grand shaadis (weddings). I’ve travelled, set up mandaps in faraway places, but even a simple home function makes me happy. For me, every setup is a prayer, every flower a blessing.
