About Portraits Across India
I shoot these portraits with an 85mm prime lens to get that soft, creamy background blur that makes your jewellery and expressions pop. It is not just about the pose, it is about making sure your bridal look feels as royal in the photo as it does in person.
Whether it is the gold temple jewellery of a South Indian bride or the vibrant red lehenga of a Punjabi wedding, every culture has its own story. I focus on the little things, like the way the nath sits, the drape of the silk saree, or the natural glow of your skin. My goal is to capture the grace of these traditions rather than just taking snapshots.
For these sessions, we do not just stand and shoot. We plan the outfit transitions and the lighting to match the vibe. If we are aiming for a royal look, I use dramatic lighting, but if it is a candid moment, I let natural light do the work. I know how important your bridal styling is, so I work with you to ensure your hair, jewellery, and makeup look perfect before the shutter clicks. We will spend up to 4 hours getting those high-resolution images that show you at your absolute best, without any awkward posing instructions. It is about feeling like yourself, just a bit more regal.
