About Our Arena: Built for Champions
I have installed professional-grade green synthetic PVC mats here because I know how much surface friction matters for your footwork. You get a space where the bounce is consistent, the overhead lighting is optimized for high-speed rallies, and the environment is built to keep your heart rate up regardless of the hour.
When I started Shri Durga Badminton Academy, my goal was to eliminate the 'I don't have a good court' excuse. Whether you are training for a local tournament or just want to blow off steam at 2 AM, the doors are open.
Why the Setup Matters
- Surface: The synthetic PVC mats provide the grip and cushioning required for badminton, reducing stress on your knees and ankles while allowing for explosive lateral movements.
- Lighting: I insisted on bright, high-intensity LED floodlights that eliminate shadows. You shouldn't be guessing where the shuttle is; you should be focused on your swing.
- Accessibility: Because training is 24/7, you can fit your session into any schedule. It is about consistency. If you want to touch the sky, you have to be ready to fall, and you have to be ready to show up.
Important for Your Visit
- Non-Marking Shoes: This is a hard rule. You cannot step on these mats with outdoor shoes or barefoot. It damages the surface, and I take care of my equipment. Bring your non-marking badminton shoes.
- Equipment: The court is ready for you, but you bring your own rackets and shuttles. If you forget or need a spare, we have rentals available, but playing with your own gear is always better for your game.
