Before the first guest walks in, our team has already spent hours on site managing the structural integrity of the event. We start with the heavy lifting—setting up the metal hangar systems and trussing for ceiling drapes—long before we touch a single floral arrangement. It is the raw, engineering side of decor that ensures your stage looks perfect from every angle, no matter the venue.
The Reality of Event Production
For us, it is simple: we handle the heavy lifting so you do not have to. Since 1985, our approach has been focused on getting the job done efficiently. Our process is rooted in structural planning and team coordination, not just aesthetic choices.
When we take on a project in Noida or anywhere in the Delhi NCR region, we do not just show up with props. We arrive with a team trained to build custom hangars that can span 5,000+ sq ft, creating the skeleton for the luxury theme you have chosen. We manage the weight distribution for chandeliers, the rigging for fabric ceilings, and the electrical layout for our lighting rigs.
We believe in the 'day-to-night' transformation. We often start with an open, empty venue and by evening, it is fully enclosed and lit. This process relies on our setup methods where every team member knows their sequence, from laying the plywood sub-flooring to masking the perimeter walls.
