About Intricate & Beautiful Braids
The secret behind these intricate braids is in the structural prep. Whether you want a voluminous fishtail or a traditional parandi, I focus on root crimping and secure accessory lining so your style stays put for 12+ hours of dancing without pulling on your scalp.
Styling for Your Event
Braids are incredibly versatile, and they are one of my favorite things to design because they can be customized for any event. If you have a Mehendi ceremony, we can go playful with multi-colored threads, fresh baby's breath, or loose, messy fishtail braids that look great in candid photos. For your main wedding ceremony, I often use structural padding and reinforced pinning techniques to securely hold heavy traditional jewelry like parandis or mathapattis, ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the long rituals.
My Approach to Braided Styles
- Volume & Texture: If you feel your hair is on the finer side, don't worry. I use specialized stuffing and textured sprays to build a voluminous base before I start braiding. This makes any style, from bubble braids to complex crown plaits, look full and thick.
- Dance-Proofing: Many of my clients are worried about their hair loosening up during the Sangeet or Mehendi. My techniques involve sweat-resistant products and specific locking methods that keep your style intact, even if you are dancing for hours.
- Accessory Integration: I love adding the personal touches that make a look unique. Whether it is weaving in fresh jasmine gajras, pearl chains, or traditional mirror-work parandis, I ensure every accessory is placed symmetrically and securely.

I am based between Jaipur and Mumbai and travel frequently for weddings across India. If you are planning a destination wedding or a local function, just let me know your dates. I bring my full kit, including padding and styling tools, to your venue so you can get ready in the comfort of your hotel or home.
