About Intricate Braids
When I design a braid for a long event like a Mehendi or Sangeet, it is not just about the look. I use professional texturizing dust, synthetic padding, and invisible hairnets to ensure the structure holds firmly even when we add heavy traditional jewelry like Maang Tikkas or fresh floral arrangements. This ensures your hairstyle remains intact, whether you are posing for photos or dancing, without feeling heavy or pulling at the roots.
Whether you are looking for a traditional Paranda or a modern fishtail, I design each braid to survive the long hours of Indian weddings. For heavy looks, I use structural hardware like donuts and padding, which provide the foundation needed to support accessories for six hours or more. If your hair is fine, I build volume using texturizing dust and strategic crimping at the roots before we even start the braid.
For pre-wedding functions like Mehendi or Sangeet, I often incorporate fresh baby's breath, colorful beads, or delicate jewelry to match your outfit. I always coordinate with your makeup artist during the session to ensure the front detailing, such as twists or puffs, frames your face correctly. I perform all styling on 100 percent dry hair to ensure the product application holds properly. Since I am a freelance hairstylist, I bring this process to your venue, whether that is within Delhi or anywhere else in India. If you have specific clip-in extensions or patches for extra density, let me know in advance so I can integrate them into the braid seamlessly.
