Backdrop Structure

• Frame: One 7ft to 8ft metal circular or hexagonal arch frame.
• Decor Elements: Heavy organic arrangement with 200+ Chrome/Metallic Balloons (Gold, Rose Gold, Blue) mixed with Dried Pampas Grass and patches of Fresh Roses/Carnations.
• Signage: Rental of one standard Neon Sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Better Together).

Props & Flooring

• Cake Pedestals: Set of 1 to 3 cylindrical pedestals (white or metal) for cake display.
• Flooring: Basic rug or carpet to define the photo zone.
• Lighting: 1 to 2 LED par cans (uplights) to illuminate the backdrop.

Note

• Includes air filled balloons (long lasting) and natural floral elements. Helium balloons are not included.

Sanctum & Backdrop

• Draping: Clean background fabric in Red, Yellow, or Orange (Satin/Shimmer).
• Floral Strings: Cascading ladis of fresh Rajnigandha (Tuberose) and Marigolds. String density increases with price.
• Deity Area: Dense floral framing for the idol or photo frame.

Floor & Accessories

• Jhula Decor: Intricate floral wrapping of a home swing using fresh flowers (swing structure provided by client).
• Floor Art: Rangoli crafted from fresh Red/White Rose and Marigold petals.
• Lighting: Fairy lights interwoven with the floral strings.
• Entrance: Fresh mango leaf and marigold torans for the pooja room door.

Primary Table Decor

• Floral Runner: One 6ft to 8ft lush runner of fresh ferns, eucalyptus, White Lilies, Roses, and Baby's Breath.
• Centerpieces: Choice of rustic wooden log slices with mason jars OR cylindrical glass vases with submerged orchids and floating candles.
• Candle lighting: 8 to 10 tea light candles in glass holders.

Ambient Details

• Side Decor: One matching fresh floral bunch for a console table or buffet counter.
• Freshness: 100% original fresh flowers sourced on the day of the event.
• Setup: On site arranging requires 1.5 to 2 hours.

Exclusions

• Crockery, cutlery, table linens, and scented taper candles are not included.

House Draping

• Coverage: Fabric drapes covering the primary front facing elevation (up to 2 floors).
• Drapes: Long cascading fabric (Pink, Orange, or Yellow) hung from terrace/balcony railings to the ground.
• Floral Borders: Continuous running border of Fresh Flowers (Marigold/Ashoka leaves) along the main balcony railing.

Entrance & Gate

• Main Gate: Large central floral wreath or heavy marigold garlands for the driveway gate.
• Walkway: Path lined with rose petals or 4 to 6 floral bouquet stands leading to the door.
• Signage: Welcome board with floral accents.

Lighting

• Illumination: Series lights running parallel to fabric drapes and 2 to 4 halogen focus lights.
• Note: Electricity connection to be provided by the client.
