- Material: Choice of Shimmer Wall (Sequins), Artificial Flower Wall, or Fabric Draping with fairy lights.
- Signage: LED Neon signage (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Number 18) mounted centrally.
Props & Flooring
- Balloons: Organic-style balloon garland running along one side or top border (metallic or pastel latex).
- Floor: Themed printed flex flooring or carpet (approx 100 sq ft) restricted to the backdrop area.
- Accessories: 2-3 Cylinder pedestals (cake tables) or a single focal prop like a teddy bear or neon wings.
Lighting
- Setup: 2 LED PAR cans to wash the backdrop in color.

Main Stage Layout
- Dimensions: Coverage for a stage width of 20ft to 30ft.
- Backdrop: Multi-layered design with fabric drapes and high-density artificial flower panels.
- Theming: Custom Thermocol/Foam cutouts specific to the event (e.g., Golden Scissors for Mundan, Cradle for Naming).
- Furniture: Premium 2-seater sofa (Rexine or Carved Silver) plus 2 side chairs.
Entrance & Walkway
- Gate: Thematic balloon arch (200-300 balloons) or floral fabric gate.
- Signage: Welcome board or Name board on an easel stand.
- Flooring: Standard red or printed carpet for the stage area and short aisle runner.
Technical Elements
- Lighting: 4-6 LED PAR lights for uplighting.
- Effects: Fog/Smoke machine for the main ceremony moment (subject to availability).

Ceiling & Structure
- Canopy: Full ceiling treatment using extensive fabric draping or Starlit Sky effect with fairy light strings.
- Lighting: 2-4 large crystal/glass chandeliers suspended over the walkway or stage.
- Entrance: 15ft - 20ft long tunnel with artificial floral pasting, hanging wisteria, or illuminated geometric frames.
Stage & Seating
- Backdrop: Premium setup with velvet/satin drapes, crystal curtains, and thick mixed floral borders (Fresh Marigold/Roses + Artificial).
- Furniture: Premium stage furniture plus a designated Lounge Area with 2-3 fancy sofa sets for guests.
- Zones: Separate Selfie Corner with a floral ring or neon quote.
Guest Area
- Table Decor: 10-15 artificial floral arrangements for guest round tables.
- General Lighting: Truss-mounted lights and heavy uplighting for walls and trees.

I’m all about making your birthday, anniversary, or mundan feel extra special. I’ve done grand wedding setups, but these milestone events? They hit different. Now that I’m working in Lalitpur and Jhansi, you don’t have to settle for “just okay” decorations.
What I Do
- Birthdays: From a glam 18th with neon and shimmer, to twin parties with wild tunnels and outdoor lounges.
- Anniversaries: Golden jubilee stage with heavy drapes, crystal curtains, and a flashy sofa. Always lots of flowers and moody lights for that formal vibe.
- Mundan: This one lets me get creative. Think colourful flower walls, balloon arches, and even an “enchanted garden” entrance with your kid’s photos. Want your lawn to look like a sky full of stars? Bohot aasan hai (too easy).
- If you want something offbeat, just ask.
