Birth Story Photography in Delhi

We understand that the delivery room is a private space, not a photoshoot. Our role is to remain completely unobtrusive, using quiet equipment and ambient hospital lighting to document the raw intensity of your baby’s arrival without ever interrupting the clinical process.

Birth story photography is fundamentally different from our studio work. While our typical sessions involve guided posing and creative props, these sessions are purely documentary. We act as quiet observers, capturing the first cry, the relief, the connection between parents, and the overwhelming emotion of the first meeting.

Why We Choose Black and White

You will notice that most of our birth photography is in black and white. We do this to strip away the distractions of hospital equipment, wires, and complex color palettes. This forces the eye to focus solely on the emotion—the expressions, the touch, and the interaction. It turns a clinical setting into a timeless narrative.

How It Works

1. On-Call Availability: Because birth is unpredictable, we limit the number of birth bookings we take each month. This ensures we are always ready to head to your hospital, whether it is day or night.
2. Hospital Permission: We always advise checking with your obstetrician and hospital management beforehand. Most are comfortable with us being present as long as we are briefed on the designated 'no-go' zones.
3. Post-Birth Coverage: We usually arrive during active labor or right before the delivery and stay for about an hour after the baby is born to capture those crucial first skin-to-skin moments.

We provide you with the raw, honest story of your child's first hours, not just a series of posed pictures. These files are professionally edited for clarity and mood, ensuring the final result is a respectful and powerful heirloom.
