Leadership & Mentorship
I personally oversee the development pathway for our athletes. My role as KIO President is to remove the barriers that have historically held Indian karate back. We coordinate with elite global coaches, such as Iran's Amir Mehdi Zadeh, to ensure our team receives the exact technical expertise needed to dominate on the mat. I am Bharat Sharma, and my life is dedicated to ensuring Indian karateka get the platform they deserve. I don't just lead the Karate India Organisation; I personally mentor every athlete who walks through our doors, ensuring you have the full backing of our federation to compete on the world stage.
