Scope & Deliverables
- Duration: Full day shoot (approx. 6-8 hours) at a single location (restaurant, cafe, or kitchen) in Mumbai.
- Output: 30 to 40 professionally retouched high-resolution images.
- Shot List: Includes 5-8 styled hero dish shots, standard menu catalogue shots, 4-5 interior ambiance shots, and optional action shots (chef/bartender).
Production Setup
- Equipment: Full-frame camera system with macro lenses and a portable studio lighting kit (strobes/softboxes) to ensure quality regardless of venue lighting.
- Tethering: Real-time image preview on a screen allowing immediate client approval of angles and plating.
