My Story
Namaste, I’m Sharat Prabhath. Art runs in my veins—my family’s been living it for centuries. My dad taught me more than just dance and music; he gave me bhakti, real devotion. I’ve had some wild, goosebump moments, like narrating Harikatha in Melkote when the story and real life just collided. Now, with my Ankita name ‘Rasikapriya Sri Krishna Vittala,’ I’m stepping deeper into composing as a Haridasa. I just hope I live up to this blessing.
My Work
What I Do - I perform Harikatha, teach Kathak dance (online/offline), offer Karnatic vocal classes, compose and choreograph for stage.
Harikatha for Today - I share stories from our epics, making them click for modern folks—like finding hope in tough times.
Multimedia Dance Productions - With my brother, we mix tradition and tech—think 3D visuals and epic stories, all on stage.
Kathak & Thematic Music Composition - Dance and music tell the story. I play with taals and ragas to bring out the real rasa, the bliss.
