I personally manage the setup, from sound checks and fairy lights to plating the grazing boards, so you do not have to stress about a thing. When you arrive, the music is playing, the table is styled, and the food is ready. My goal is to ensure your space feels exactly how you imagined it the moment you walk through the door, with every decoration and dish placed just right.
Setting the scene at our Shamiyana Rooftop in Sushant Lok involves more than just putting up a few balloons. I approach every event like a production, focusing on the sensory experience that guests will actually remember.
My process begins with understanding your specific vibe. If we are doing a travel-themed party, I source the right props and menu cards. For a romantic proposal, it is about the lighting and getting the floral arrangements to hit that sweet spot between elegant and relaxed. I spend hours on the ground, literally, arranging the grazing tables, ensuring that the cheese, charcuterie, and desi fusion bites are not just tasty but visually striking.
I also handle the technical side of the mood. Whether it is managing the playlist for a chill Sunday afternoon or setting up the thela-style chaat station for a festive Sagan, I ensure the flow of the event is smooth. I prefer to work directly with you to decide if we need more brass accents for a traditional feel or cleaner, modern lines for a fine dining dinner.
