See where my DNA-based nutrition methods have been discussed and recognized by scientific forums and publications.

It was a proud moment to see my company, Adam's Genetics, featured in Business Standard. When I started in 2013, DNA-based diets seemed like science fiction to many. Today, it's a reality that is helping people take control of their health through personalized nutrition.

I was invited to speak at the Nutrition Seminar Series & Dialogue Forum in Malaysia on the topic of "Precision Nutrition: Hype or Hope?". It was a great opportunity to share my views with international experts on how nutrigenetics is a credible and powerful tool for the future of healthcare.

In this podcast, I share the story of how I connected with the Indian cricket team's strength and conditioning coach. It was a journey of persistence, starting with very little money but a strong belief in the science of genetic testing, which eventually opened the door to working with top athletes.

My entrepreneurial journey had a rocky start. My first venture was a challenge, and I had to pivot. I researched the emerging field of nutrigenomics and realized its potential to personalize nutrition, which led me to connect with Virat Kohli's coach and rebuild my business on a stronger, scientific foundation.

When I launched Adam's Genetics in 2013, we were pioneers in India. I believed personalized medicine based on genetics was a powerful technique that doctors would immediately embrace. However, the reception was slow, which taught me a valuable lesson about the challenges of introducing disruptive innovation.

About Professional Recognition & Media Features

Back in 2013, when I launched Adam’s Genetics, people thought using DNA to design a diet was science fiction. I was the pioneer in this space, trying to convince people that we didn't need to guess our health needs, we could measure them. Today, those same methods are being featured in publications like Business Standard and debated at international forums. This isn't just about media coverage—it's about the shift from blindly following trends to using your actual genetic data to drive health results.
