My Story
Been in genetics and nutrition for 14+ years. Misinformation everywhere, even doctors get it wrong about protein and fat loss. That’s why I did my PhD, digging deep into real science. Adam’s Genetics came from wanting to use DNA for real personalized fitness. Worked with top athletes like Virat Kohli – feels amazing. I live what I teach, tried Hyrox, got injured pushing too hard.
