Custom Storytelling Henna Designs in Bangalore
Your love story deserves more than a standard pattern. I draw your personal memories—like coffee dates, initials, or silhouettes—directly into your mehendi using only my homemade organic henna.
A closer look at a custom engagement henna design. We included silhouettes of the couple proposing, surrounded by hearts and roses, and even added a heartbeat design with a cross on the forearm.
This bridal henna for Meghana was so much fun to create. We incorporated her love for coffee by adding cute Cafe Coffee Day logos and coffee cups, alongside her and her partner's initials, R and M.
A beautiful and intricate engagement henna design. The palms feature the couple's initials, V and H, hidden within classic heart shapes, making the design both traditional and deeply personal.
This bridal design combines traditional patterns with a personalized touch. A custom monogram with the couple's initials, D and S, is featured prominently on the forearm.

For Neghla's bridal henna, we placed her and her partner's initials, N and A, inside a clean circular frame on her wrist. This is a popular way to personalize your wedding mehendi.

About Custom Storytelling Henna
When we plan your custom henna, we don't just pick patterns from a book. We sit down to map out your story, whether it is the cafe where you had your first date or a specific skyline that means something to you. I create a custom layout first, ensuring these personal elements blend naturally with traditional motifs so the final design feels balanced, personal, and truly yours.
The Art of Storytelling on Your Hands
Traditional henna is beautiful, but a custom storytelling design turns your mehendi into a piece of art that holds your memories. I have done everything from sketching Cafe Coffee Day logos for a couple to weaving in complex silhouettes and proposal scenes. These designs require a different approach than standard bridal work.
My Process
- Consultation: We start by discussing the specific elements you want. I need to know the dates, the locations, or the visual symbols that define your relationship.
- The Design: I don't use ready-made stamps. I draw the composition directly onto your hands, ensuring the portraits or logos flow seamlessly into the traditional bridal grids and motifs like peacocks or paisleys.
- The Material: For these complex, high-density designs, I exclusively use my own handmade organic henna paste. It is safe for sensitive skin and, most importantly, provides the deep, rich stain required to make fine details like portraits and thin lines stand out clearly once the colour matures over 48 hours.
Why Book a Bespoke Session?
If you choose my 'Bespoke Storytelling' package, I make sure your day is stress-free. I book no other clients on the day of your wedding, meaning I have all the time needed to get the fine details of your portrait or story perfect. My goal is to make sure you look down at your hands during your wedding celebrations and see the moments that brought you two together.
Shahina
I'm Shahina, and I believe henna is a way to hold onto precious memories. Whether it's the first coffee date you shared or your wedding date, I love turning those moments into intricate art on your hands. My biggest joy is watching my brides smile when they see their own story blooming on their palms.
