About Kids Art & Craft Classes
We skip the desks and easels for an informal floor-seating setup, which lets kids really spread out and get into their craft. Whether it's a painting project or a wall hanging, this environment removes the pressure of a classroom so students can focus on the maza (fun) of creating something with their own hands.
Our Approach to Creativity
Art shouldn't feel like another school subject. In our Padmanabhanagar studio, we keep things chill. Our sessions are specifically designed for kids aged 4 to 12 to explore their imagination without worrying about making mistakes. We use everyday materials like wool, beads, and popsicle sticks to create projects that kids are actually excited to take home.
What We Cover
Our classes focus on two main areas:
- Sketching and Drawing: We teach the fundamentals, from pencil shading to color play. It is about learning to see lines and shapes, not just copying what they see.
- DIY Craft Projects: We love getting messy. From painting plates to creating wall hangings, these projects are great for developing fine motor skills and patience.
Batch Details
- Frequency: We meet every Monday and Wednesday.
- Timing: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
- Setup: We provide most consumables like glue and paints, but we ask students to bring their own basic stationery like sketchbooks and pencils.
We keep our batches mixed-age because we find that the younger ones love watching the older kids work, and the older ones often help the little ones with their glue and paper. It builds a real community feel where everyone feels comfortable enough to try something new.
