We structure our training in Level 1 and Level 2 stages to ensure you gain solid practical experience before you start leading your own classes. You will receive digital study manuals and ready-to-use class planning templates for your first 10 sessions, giving you a clear roadmap to teach confidently from day one.

What You Will Learn
- Cardio Kickboxing: We cover proper striking mechanics, 32-count music phrasing, and choreography design. You learn to sync high-intensity movements with the beat, keeping energy levels high throughout the class.
- Power Yoga: This course focuses on alignment, safe transitions, and injury prevention. We cover Sun Salutations, arm balances, and how to structure a 45-60 minute flow that is safe for all levels.
- Fitness Bootcamp: This module is about intensity and logistics. You will master HIIT formats like Tabata, EMOM, and AMRAP, along with techniques for crowd management and setup in parks, beaches, or gym environments.
