About Daily Drills: Batting, Bowling & Fielding

At our academy, we maintain a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio, ensuring that every drill receives personal attention. You are not just going through the motions; our coaches correct your stance, monitor your follow-through, and challenge your agility in real-time. This intensity is necessary because we focus on building consistent muscle memory for both match situations and net practice.

Our daily training curriculum is built for players who are serious about their development. We move beyond casual net sessions by enforcing a structured progression.

The Training Pillar

We categorize our training into three distinct blocks: batting, bowling, and fielding.

  • Batting: We focus on the fundamentals, ensuring you master your stance, backlift, and the 10 basic shots, including straight drives and square cuts.
  • Bowling: Our sessions cover the mechanics of the run-up, the delivery stride, and the release. Whether you are a pacer or a spinner, you work on your action and develop variations to trouble batsmen.
  • Fielding: This is where matches are won. We run drills focusing on catching techniques, ground fielding, and quick-release throws to ensure you stay sharp in the deep or in the circle.

Why Structure Matters

We do not believe in random practice. Our quarterly foundation bundle includes approximately 36 sessions, while our annual pro development course offers over 140 sessions. This high volume allows us to transition you from technical net practice to open-wicket tactical awareness.

Training Environment

We train at locations including R K Puram and Janakpuri, utilizing a mix of matting and cement nets for speed, alongside turf wickets for realistic match preparation. We provide the stumps, cones, and balls; you bring the dedication. As you progress, we record your action periodically to provide visual feedback, allowing you to see your errors and fix them. Whether you are an aspiring batsman or a budding all-rounder, our drills are the pathway to moving up to competitive levels like the Vinoo Mankad Trophy.
