About Our Signature Flavors

When I work with flavors like my signature Rasmalai or deep double chocolate ganache, I never rely on pre-mixed sponges. Every base is baked fresh to order in my Chembur kitchen, which is why I need at least 4 to 5 days notice for your booking. This time allows the sponge to settle, the ganache to firm up to that perfect glossy shine, and the flavors to actually develop, so you aren't just getting a pretty cake, but one that tastes like it was made exactly for your celebration.
