From gravity-defying structures to lifelike replicas, I turn your wildest ideas into 100% vegetarian edible art.

This anti-gravity dinosaur cake is a perfect example of how I love to tackle a creative challenge. The entire structure, from the T-Rex holding up the top tier to the hatching baby dino, is completely edible and designed to be a showstopper.

A client requested an anti-gravity cake for a 60th birthday with an antique clock as the showstopper. This was the result, a gravity-defying design where the clock face balances perfectly, surrounded by edible models of the husband's favorite brands and foods.

Here I am with another one of my gravity-defying creations. This astronaut cake features a custom-built structure to make the top tier float, creating a truly out-of-this-world centerpiece for a space-themed celebration.

This cake was a special project to create a lifelike, sculpted puppy. I used detailed piping techniques to create the realistic fur texture, making this 3D dog cake a heartwarming and completely edible tribute for a pet lover.

For the fashion lover, I sculpted this incredibly detailed and realistic handbag cake. Every element, from the quilted texture to the gold hardware, is handcrafted from fondant to create a stylish and delicious statement piece.

Checkmate! This custom chessboard cake was designed for a young chess enthusiast's 9th birthday. Every single piece on the board is a hand-molded, edible chocolate, showcasing the precision and detail I put into my themed creations.

Cheers to 76 years! This 3D beer mug cake is fully sculpted and features an edible print for the label. The overflowing foam on top is made from light, fluffy meringue, making it a fun and realistic cake for any beer lover's birthday.

A cake for a true Nikon ambassador. I sculpted this realistic camera cake entirely from fondant, paying close attention to the details of the lens, buttons, and brand logos. The edible film strip around the base features the photographer's own pictures.

What do you bake for a chef? A cake that looks like their specialty. This piece features a giant, flaky-looking croissant on top, all made from cake and fondant, celebrating the recipient's culinary passion.

For Ganesh Chaturthi, I created this special Modak-shaped cake. The entire structure is sculpted to resemble the traditional sweet, complete with pistachio garnish and silver leaf (vark), offering a festive and unique way to celebrate.

About Sculpted & 3D Masterpieces

These cakes are more about engineering than just baking. Because I use internal food-safe supports to make things float or stand upright, I usually work with denser, sturdier sponges like chocolate mud or truffle to ensure the structure stays sound. This means if you have a specific 3D shape or theme in mind, I need at least 5 days to plan the physics and the finish, so it arrives looking exactly how you imagined.

Making a cake that defies gravity or looks like a real-life object involves a lot of behind-the-scenes math. When you book a 3D sculpted cake, you are paying for the time it takes to carve the sponge, structure the supports, and hand-paint the textures to make a camera look like a camera or a puppy look like it is ready to wag its tail.

Why these cakes need time

Since these designs require a solid base, I limit the flavor options to denser sponges that can hold their shape. This is why you will find these are best in rich Chocolate Truffle or Mud cake bases, rather than lighter, airy sponges. For these projects, I typically require a minimum order weight of 1.5kg to 2kg to allow enough surface area for the detail work.

From vision to reality

Whether you want an anti-gravity astronaut, a chessboard with edible pieces, or a realistic handbag, the process starts with a sketch. I hand-mold the figurines and paint the details using edible colors. Everything is 100% vegetarian, and I take great care to ensure that the finish looks as good as it tastes.

Logistics

I handle these delicate masterpieces with extra caution. Whether you are in South Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane, I ensure the cake is packaged in a tall, reinforced box to keep it safe during transport. If you have a wild idea you are not sure is possible, reach out anyway. I love a good challenge and usually, if you can dream it, I can find a way to bake it.
