Stop guessing your form and start competing. We simulate real tournament conditions every Sunday to help you build the mental toughness and technical precision needed to win.

This clip from the Sports For All Championship shows one of my students in action. Notice her posture and focus, skills we hone during our tournament preparation sessions.

A glimpse into the atmosphere of a major event like the SFA Archery Championship. We prepare our students for this scale of competition, from the shooting line to the official announcements.

Our Sunday practice matches are essential for building real-world experience. This session shows students practicing in a group, simulating the environment of an actual tournament.

This video shows the structured format of a competitive match, with archers shooting at their designated targets under the supervision of officials, an experience we replicate in our training.

About Tournament-Ready Training

Every Sunday, we turn our Dadar academy into a competition zone. You will shoot under official tournament rules—scoring, whistle commands, and strict shooting lines—so when you step up at an SFA or DSO meet, it feels like just another practice day rather than a high-pressure event.

Archery is 20% mechanics and 80% mental control. My training focuses on bridging that gap. If you have finished the basics, we stop focusing on 'hitting the target' and start focusing on 'hitting the score'.

The Sunday Match Difference

I host mandatory Sunday match-play sessions that replicate the exact flow of local championships. You learn to handle the noise, the waiting periods between ends, and the pressure of the shot clock. We practice on both Indian Round and Recurve setups, using standard scoring cards and whistle commands that mirror SFA and DSO guidelines.

Refining Your Technique

For Indian Round athletes, we work on consistent release and stance, ensuring your grouping tightens over time. If you are training for Recurve, we move into more technical territory—tuning your stabilizer balance, mastering the clicker, and improving your back tension. I use video analysis to show you exactly where your form breaks down during fatigue, helping you make adjustments that last.

Mental Conditioning

It is not enough to be physically ready; you need to be mentally unshakable. We incorporate 'Fun & Focus' drills like balloon shooting to train your brain to execute under stress. Whether you are aiming for a district medal or just want to prove your progress, the goal is the same: consistency.

If you are ready to stop practicing and start competing, come by for a session. Bas, focus rakho, and we will get you there.

I’m Swwapniil, and I’ve seen enough archers crack under pressure to know that training isn't just about shooting arrows—it's about handling the environment. My goal is to get you comfortable with the stress of competition, so when it’s your turn at the shooting line, you’re ready to win.
