About Flourless Lentil Bread & Soy-Free Tofu

The bread is incredibly dense and textured with pumpkin and sunflower seeds, so you get a solid crunch when toasted. Since both the bread and the soy-free lentil tofu are made fresh without preservatives, they are highly perishable. Please remember to keep the tofu refrigerated and use it within 3-4 days of pickup.

A New Take on Daily Staples

I started Satvegik to provide alternatives that actually nourish your body. Most store-bought breads are loaded with maida and preservatives, so I created a flourless, gluten-free lentil bread that relies on protein and seeds instead. It is sturdy enough for a hearty sandwich and toasts perfectly without falling apart.

Why Lentil Tofu?

If you have a soy allergy or simply prefer a different plant-based protein, my lentil tofu is a game-changer. Made from masoor dal (red lentils), it has a mild flavor and a firm, sliceable texture. It picks up the flavors of your spices beautifully, whether you are sautéing it for a snack or tossing it into a fresh salad.

Because I do not use any artificial preservatives, stabilizers, or refined oils, these items are truly fresh food. I prepare everything in small batches at my cloud kitchen in Hulimavu. Everything is packed in biodegradable materials because keeping the earth healthy is just as important as keeping you healthy.
