We believe in nurturing talent, which is why we regularly host workshops. Here, our alumnus and Bollywood singer Shikhar Kumar announces a vocal and riyaz workshop, sharing his professional experience with aspiring singers.
Our studio welcomes unique and international collaborations. Here, world famous DJ Mariana Bo announces a special project, inviting young vocalists to our studio for a children's music recording session.

We frequently host auditions for exciting projects like jingles, albums, and reality shows. This was a call for talented children to participate in a group recording session with a music director from Mumbai.
Our studio partners with cultural festivals like IIT Kanpur's Antaragni to provide opportunities for new artists. Winners of their competition received an album recording deal with us, helping launch their music careers.

When you walk into our Katharas Studios for a workshop or an audition, you are not stepping into a classroom—you are stepping into a working professional environment. Whether it is an IIT fest winner recording their debut album or an aspiring singer prepping for a Bollywood vocal workshop, our focus is on giving you direct access to the process. You get to use the same Neumann microphones and signal chains we use for professional artists, so you know exactly what to expect when you head out to work in the industry.

We have been a part of Delhi’s music scene since 1924, and our approach to workshops and auditions reflects that history. We do not believe in abstract training. We bring in industry names like Shikhar Kumar or international collaborators like DJ Mariana Bo precisely because our students need to see how the pros actually work.
