About this collection
My approach to evening wear photography goes beyond just the outfit. I work closely with you to plan the lighting and poses before we start, ensuring the camera highlights the specific fabric textures, jewelry, and silhouette details that matter most to your brand.
Great fashion photography isn't about making the model look pretty; it's about making the clothing look like the main character. Whether we are shooting in a moody, low-light bar setting to capture the sophistication of a gown, or using the golden hour outdoors to bring out the flow of a designer skirt, my focus remains on the 'why' behind the design.
My Process
I use a high-resolution Sony A7RV paired with 85mm lenses to ensure that every sequence of embroidery or lace is sharp and true to life. Lighting is adjusted to fit the mood—sometimes that means soft natural light, and other times it involves dramatic, directed studio setups.
I treat every shoot as a collaboration. I am happy to work with your stylists and makeup artists to ensure the hair, makeup, and styling align with the final vision. Before we begin, we discuss the core concept: are we going for urban chic, traditional elegance, or something avant-garde? This planning phase keeps the session efficient and ensures we get the shots you need.
What to Expect
- Collaboration: I direct the poses and angles so you don't have to worry about looking awkward. I guide the movement to ensure the fabric drapes exactly as it should.
- Commercial Accuracy: For designer catalogues, I prioritize true-to-life color accuracy so your potential clients see exactly what they will receive.
- Atmosphere: We don't just take pictures. We create a mood. If you have a specific venue in mind that reflects your brand's personality, I am happy to shoot on location.
We deliver high-end retouched images and color-corrected files within a week. If you have a specific lookbook in mind, let's talk about the logistics and how we can make the details pop.
