Why I Love Maternity & Family Shoots
I’m Santosh, and honestly, nothing beats capturing people’s real stories. Maternity and family shoots are close to my heart - the emotions, the little moments, all that raw love. Pregnancy especially, it’s pure magic to photograph.
How I Shoot
- My style is super candid - I’m not big on stiff posing. I want you laughing, hugging, doing your thing, so the photos feel like you.
- All shoots are outdoors, mostly in and around Bangalore. I look for places with natural beauty, like green forests or open fields - they just make everything pop.
- Outfit changes? Totally cool. Flowing maternity gowns, sarees, casual looks - whatever makes you feel comfy. We’ve done it all.
- Props are fun if you want them. Stuff like cute signs or little shoes to add a personal touch.
More Than Just Maternity
- I also cover baby showers, focusing on all the small rituals and candid reactions. If you’ve got other family milestones like naming ceremonies or birthday parties, I’m there for those too.
- For baby showers, I really try to capture the joy and tradition in real, unscripted moments.
