Featured Portrait and Editorial Photography
A look at my latest work. From clean headshots to experimental studio lighting, this is where I show the range and style I bring to every shoot.
This is a perfect example of the high-impact beauty photography I specialize in. For this shot, we focused on creating a bold look with glossy red lips and flawless skin, using a cherry as a prop to add a touch of playful drama. The lighting is carefully controlled to highlight texture and create a polished, editorial feel.
I love creating moody, cinematic portraits for actors. Here, I used a combination of red and blue gel lights to sculpt the face and create a sense of intensity and confidence. This style of actor headshot is great for showcasing a dramatic range and making a strong impression.
A powerful, clean headshot is essential for any model's portfolio. This image showcases a classic, high-fashion look with a tight bun, sharp cat-eye liner, and bold red lips. The high-key lighting ensures the focus remains entirely on the model's strong features and direct gaze.
For editorial and creative shoots, I love incorporating natural elements. In this beauty portrait, we built the concept around these vibrant yellow flowers, matching them with bold yellow eyeshadow for a cohesive and visually arresting image. This is a great example of a conceptual beauty shoot.
I also specialize in capturing traditional beauty with a modern, painterly feel. This portrait uses soft, natural light to highlight the model's expressive eyes and the delicate texture of the saree. It’s a timeless look that feels both classic and contemporary.
This shot from a fashion series shows how I create a complete look with styling and atmosphere. The movement in the pose, combined with the soft, red-toned lighting, gives the image an editorial quality that highlights the outfit and the model's presence.
Experimenting with light is one of my favorite things to do in the studio. For this portrait, I used colored rim lighting to add dimension and a unique mood. This technique is perfect for creating artistic portraits that stand out from standard headshots.
About Featured
I treat every shoot as a conversation, not just a task. Whether we are using colored gels to sculpt your face or keeping it minimal with high-key lighting, the goal is to build the visual right in the camera, not in heavy post-production. Before we start, I make sure we have a shared mood board so I know exactly the vibe you are after.
My studio in Mumbai is my primary playground. I do not stick to one look because I believe your photography should be as dynamic as you are. I use Nikon gear and professional Godox lighting to create everything from sharp, industry-standard headshots to dramatic, magazine-style editorial portraits.
Collaboration is key. I do not just point and shoot. Before our session, we chat about your goals, references, and the mood you want to convey. If your project needs that extra touch, I collaborate with skilled hair and makeup artists to ensure the final look is consistent and sharp.
My process relies on precision. I use techniques like frequency separation for retouching, which keeps skin texture looking real while removing distractions. You walk away with high-resolution JPEGs that are ready for your portfolio or social media. Whether you need a simple headshot session or a full-day creative campaign with props and complex lighting, I focus on the small details that make the final image stand out.
