At Sangeet Bharati, festivals are an extension of our preschool curriculum. We help children connect with their heritage through hands-on, eco-friendly activities that make learning meaningful.

For us, the real 'patakas' are our students, lighting up the world with their smiles. We celebrated an eco-friendly Diwali, creating fun photo frames and teaching our little ones the importance of a safe, pollution-free festival.

Diya decoration is an essential part of our Diwali festivities. Our munchkins had a wonderful time painting traditional earthen diyas, learning about the symbolism of light over darkness while creating beautiful art.

Our budding artists expressed their creativity by making colorful rangoli designs for Diwali. This traditional art form is a beautiful way for children to play with colors and learn about customs for welcoming prosperity and good luck.

Our Diwali celebrations began with marigold crafts. Children learned that these flowers are a symbol of purity and auspiciousness in Indian festivals as they created beautiful decorations for the school.

Ganpati Bappa Moriya! We celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi by listening to the stories of our beloved Gannuji. The children participated by decorating the altar and learning about the remover of obstacles through joyful activities.

In the spirit of sustainability, our little learners crafted beautiful art for Ganesh Chaturthi using natural leaves. This eco-conscious activity helps children celebrate traditions while respecting the environment.

We celebrate the victory of good over evil during Dussehra. Our students enjoy listening to the story of the Ramayan and engaging in fun craft activities, like creating props to re-enact the epic tale.

Rang Barse! Holi, the festival of colors, is celebrated with immense joy and laughter. We use storytelling to explain the significance of the festival, followed by music, dance, and safe, flower-based color play.

A double celebration! We marked the end of the session and the beginning of Holi with a 'Phool-wali Holi'. The children enjoyed a flower shower and cake, a sweet and memorable way to say farewell and welcome the festival.

Happy Spring Time! Our budding learners enjoy the season of bloom with outdoor activities and colorful crafts. Here, they are seen watering flowers and celebrating Holi, embracing the vibrant energy of spring.

About Cultural & Festive Celebrations

We believe in teaching traditions by living them. When our students celebrate Diwali with marigold crafts or create eco-friendly rakhis, they aren't just doing art projects, they are learning about the symbolism of purity and protection through hands-on experience.
