About Our Learning Space: In-Studio & Online
Our studio is designed to bridge the distance between our physical Bangalore space and your home. We use integrated multi-angle camera setups to ensure that whether you are in a hybrid class or learning from your living room, you get the same clear view of posture, hand mudras, and footwork as the students standing on our wooden floors.
Learning at Sangeet Gurugriha is about finding your rhythm in a space that respects tradition while embracing modern flexibility. Our Bangalore studio features full-length mirrors and wooden flooring, providing the essential environment for mastering classical dance forms like Kathak and Bharatanatyam.
We understand that life moves fast, so we developed our hybrid teaching model to keep your learning consistent.
Why our hybrid model works:
- Clear Demonstration: We position our cameras to focus on the guru’s techniques, ensuring online students catch the same nuances as those in the studio.
- Real-time Correction: Even in virtual batches, we keep group sizes small so our instructors can provide individual feedback on your alignment and expression.
- Exam Readiness: All classes, whether online or offline, follow the curriculum affiliated with Prayag Sangeet Samiti and Sarbabharatiya Sangeet-O-Sanskriti Parishad. We prepare you for the same diploma and degree exams, maintaining the same academic rigour for every student.
Whether you are joining us for Hindustani (online) or attending in-person at our HAL 3rd Stage studio, you are part of the same family. We value the discipline of a traditional classroom, so we expect our students to bring the same focus to their home practice. If you are looking for dedicated Kathak studio time or a structured Bharatanatyam path, we help you stay consistent with your goals, regardless of your location.
