Here is a glimpse of my work on a client's new construction site. I am performing a 'RatnaDhyay', which is an important process of placing specific gemstones in the foundation to energize the plot. This is not just a remedy but a powerful way to ensure long-term prosperity and stability for the new home.
This is from a house visit where the client had stairs in the wrong zone, making it light. To correct this without demolition, I am performing a Dhatudhyay ritual by placing brass in the South-West, which should be the heaviest part of the house. This is a powerful Vedic remedy to nullify the dosha and restore balance.
On a visit with a client to a nursery, they were drawn to cactus plants, which are generally not recommended in Vedic Vastu. I suggested a great alternative: the Jade plant. It looks similar but is known to bring positive energy and good luck.

If your staircase is in the wrong zone (making a corner 'light'), I use brass weights to ground it. If your decor choice clashes with Vastu principles—like a cactus in the wrong sector—I suggest natural, energy-enhancing alternatives like the Jade plant.
