Cosmetics and Beauty Product Photography
From clean, minimalist skincare shots to high-impact cosmetic campaigns, I use precise lighting and textures to make your brand stand out.
A minimalist product shot for a nail polish brand. I used white geometric blocks and strong directional light to create clean lines and shadows, making the product color pop.
This video reel showcases various styling concepts for a single lipstick product. It moves from a simple flat lay to a smoky, dramatic shot and a colorful, graphic setup to show the product's versatility.
For this sunscreen product, I created a visual that communicates hydration and nature. The final shot features the product in gently rippling water, emphasizing its "Assure Natural" branding.
About Cosmetics & Beauty
Beauty photography relies heavily on surface interaction and lighting accuracy rather than just the camera settings. Whether it is capturing the refraction in a sunscreen bottle using water ripples or ensuring the lipstick shade matches the real product under studio conditions, I spend the necessary time on the setup to ensure the raw output is clean and professional.
My Approach to Beauty Photography
Every beauty product requires a different visual language. Skincare often demands a natural, clean aesthetic that communicates hydration and health, while cosmetics like lipsticks or nail polishes benefit from dramatic lighting and textures that emphasize color intensity.
I break down my work into three distinct levels based on your brand needs:
- Essential E-Commerce Styling: Clean shots on white or neutral backgrounds. Ideal for marketplace listings where clarity, color accuracy, and simple composition are the priority.
- Thematic Creative Styling: This is where we bring in mood. I use textured backgrounds like marble or slate, colored gels for shadows, and props that relate to the ingredients or the vibe of the product.
- High-Concept Hero Styling: For campaigns and website banners, I use rigging, liquid motion, and special effects like smoke or levitation to create a 'stop-the-scroll' image that puts the product at the center of a larger story.
Why Process Matters
I do not just click a button. Behind every image on this page, there are hours spent sourcing props, positioning lighting, and adjusting surfaces. If we are shooting a product in water, I ensure the ripples and reflections work with the bottle’s branding, not against it.
I operate a studio at Canada Corner in Nashik and frequently handle projects across Mumbai and Pune. If you are a brand looking for consistent, high-quality visuals that do not require excessive post-production cleanup, let's discuss your product line.
