Whether you choose my turnkey service—where we handle the sweets, fruits, and carved coconuts—or the rental package for your own items, the focus is always on a balanced, elegant arrangement that complements your event's backdrop.
When we plan your ceremony setup, we look at the 'Samskruthi' (culture) behind the tradition. We don't just dump fruits on a plate; we build a narrative. For a typical 21-plate setup, we use gold and silver-toned stands of varying heights to create depth, ensuring the visual flow is as satisfying as the ritual itself.
The Setup Process
We offer two distinct ways to handle your event:
- Turnkey Service: We source everything. You get premium fruits like pomegranates and pineapples, bakery-standard sweets, and our signature hand-carved coconuts featuring names or event motifs. We bring the stands, the runners, and the dolls.
- Rental Package: If you prefer to provide your own sweets and fruits, we provide the hardware. This includes 11-15 decorative stands, trays, and our curated collection of thematic dolls—peacocks, Ganeshas, or swinging figures—to bring your display to life.
Why Details Matter
We focus on the small things that guests notice but rarely speak about. Are the bananas stacked to catch the light? Is the Sakkare Acchu (sugar candy) arranged to show its color? We use fresh floral petals and strategically placed lighting to ensure the offering table looks welcoming rather than cluttered. We work across Bangalore and travel up to 600km, so whether you are hosting at a home in Jayanagar or a banquet hall in Mysuru, we bring the same festive vibe.
