About U-16 Girls: Khelo India League

We don't just run laps at the academy. The key to our success in the Khelo India League is simulation-based training where we replicate high-pressure match scenarios on professional AstroTurf. When you see our girls winning 7-0 or 10-0, that is the result of thousands of repetitions in our strategy sessions, where we teach them to anticipate the opponent's movement rather than just chasing the ball.
